“If flowers could smile, they'd all be pansies.”
I have always loved pansies, violas, johnny jump ups and violets. Sweet little faces and just a hint of fragrance. The flowers are edible and taste like grapes and mint.
I am joining Mary today at Little Red House for this weekly event.
Those who follow me know how I like to manipulate photos and how I love to make collages and mosaics.
Have a wonderful week and be sure to stop in at Mary’s and see the other wonderful mosaics.
Hi Carol
ReplyDeleteI love your mosaics especially the last one, very different. Jackie.
Your pansies are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteYour mosaics are great, I am a fan. I am just learning how to have fun with them, and just wish I had more time to play. Love your blog! Stop by mine (salls-country-life.blogspot.com/). It's a work in progress.

How pretty!! I was thinking about pansies today. I planted some one fall when I lived in Washington DC, and they were so pretty through the snow, and on into spring. I also had pretty mums there that seemed to grow and grow. I have not tried pansies here yet, but I do have mums I'm hoping will bloom this fall. Thanks for stopping by!! Hope you are doing well!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty Carol and I love how you've played with the photos!

What beautiful images! I love the antique look to some of them.
ReplyDeletePansies have always been my favorite flowers. There's such variety of color and each sweet pansy face is like a painting. I'm looking forward to looking at some of your quilts. Glad t hear that your new hip is enabling you to walk without pain! Thanks for stopping by my blog.
ReplyDeleteHI Carol! I love pansies! We can't have them until fall...too hot! Your mosaics are gorgeous! I hope you are having a great week!...hugs...Debbie
ReplyDeleteBeautiful mosaics. Most of my pansies die as soon as it gets too hot. I have a few in a shady area that survived.
ReplyDeleteHow pretty!! You REALLY know photos. I'm still a newbie;)
ReplyDeleteOh what a sweet mosaic! They are such a happy flower, aren't they?
