The peonies are from the market. Ours are not quite open yet. The fragrance was intoxicating on the porch of the cabin.
I am really enjoying the ability to edit photos in Picasa using Picnik. I like playing with the photos. I find that I like to have a frame around the picture. I miss the frames from Photoscape but Macs and Photoscape are not speaking. I also miss the ability to turn my photos into artwork. However, I am researching filters that might be able to do this. In the meantime, I am going back and forth between the 2 programs and blogger.

Simply beautiful pictures. I have recently learnt how to watermark my pictures at Picnik but via Flickr.com
I do not edit my photos but think I have seen there that you can create art style pictures, maybe worth investigating.
Love how you do what you do and you just know that I want to copy you! Hope that the couple of good days have been very good indeed. It's not looking good for the weekend...wah!
Your photos are so lovely. You are doing great with "tweaking" them with your photo programs. Hope you both have wonderful birthdays and a good weekend!
beautiful indeed ... love what you do with the photos.
Happy Pink Saturday, Carol.
Your photos look great. I love playing with my photos, too. I use Photoshop, and I am just beginning to try different actions.

Love the soft pretty look of your pictures...I have PhotoShop and I need to take a couple of days and just play around! I haven't learned to put frames around my pictures and I think that will be my first project!
Happy Pink Saturday!

Hi Carol, Stunning photos!! I have used Picnik, but do not use Picasa anymore, it took over my pictures. Use Photoshop instead. Have a wonderful weekend.
Wonderful pictures..I use picasa as well and can get lost in the editing process. I love making mosaics.
A very nice flower presentation.
HPS!

beautifully done! Hopping over from Pink Saturday. I enjoyed my visit to your lovely blog. Hugs
Beautiful flowers and mosaic, Carol! I made blueberry shake yesterday but I did not make a pie yet. I have downnloaded a recipe from the web though. I had Tina take all the blueberries home (they left last night) but I am going back to pick more with a friend this week and then will bake a pie. I was just busy playing with the grandkids when they were here....Christine
Lovely blooms! And nice to see your artwork!
Love, love your flowers. My grandparents used to give me peonies for my birthday, I was always so happy to get them. Hugs

Carol, I love what you are doing with Picnik on your photos. They look so nice. I must get at playing with that more once the kitchen is finished. :-) Beautiful pictures!
Carol, you are doing great things with your pictures! I use Photoshop Elements. It has frames as well as many filters. Last I checked it was about $89 and works well on my MacBook Pro.
You sure are having fun with your camera & other new toys, huh Carol?
Come see my peonies...they are a much darker color than yours. They're from my childhood home by way of my sister's help. Don't you just LOVE their smell???
Hugs,
Rett
