Mosaic Monday

Another Mosaic Monday at Mary’s.  Please stop by and see all the wonderful mosaics that everyone creates. They really are the most fun.

Today I am doing dishes. I love dishes – I can’t help it. And if they have extra pieces and accessories, I love them even more. I bought these dishes because they have soup bowls with handles – so elegant. I have to confess that I set the table with all the finery – then when it is time to eat, we carefully move the dishes aside and use the ones that go in the dishwasher.

Mosaic Monday

I will be using these in a tablescape in the near future.

I want soup bowls in my china!!! I have looked on ebay, but they are still TOO high! I have really got to learn to do these mosaics. I love them. Thanks so much for posting the Deck the Halls button. I am looking forward to it!

Carol, I love cream soup bowls. They are so neat! I'm a china nut, too. Use them and enjoy them! If you don't, who will? I've found that for me, it doesn't take that much longer to clean up fine chinaq. I always wash my dishes before I put them in the dishwasher anyway, and doing it this way, you could just wash them and put them in there to dry. That's what I do with mine.

Can't wait to see your tablescape. I know it will be lovely...

XO,

Sheila :-)

Isn't it funny how we grown ups still love to play with dishes and photograph dishes? And put them away when it's time to "really" eat? I do the same thing!

Carol, what lovely dishes! How do you make your mosaics? Do you have special software? They're so interesting--I'd love to know how you make them.

Thanks for your message on my blog. I'm glad to be home.
