Mosaic Monday at the Cabbage

My grandchildren call the cottage the cabbage – a cross between cabin and cottage. The name has stuck. I am taking some pictures and making some mosaics. Some of the pictures are older. Don’t forget to visit Mary at Little Red House for this popular event.

Hi Carol

I like the name "Cabbage"!!

Great mosaics. The sky by the "cabbage" across the lake is wonderful, I would sit there early morning and in the evening, what a wonderful peaceful place!!

I see you still have my old blog on your blog list!!

I use either photoscape or picnik for my collages. Both of which have a text box.

Lovely day here in the UK, hope you have the same. Enjoy, Jackie.

GORGEOUS, Carol! I see that you've made it home safely, and I'm glad for that. What lovely flowers. I think you should have hooked up to Blue Monday, too, as you have lots of blues in these pics! Love them ALL!

XO,

Sheila :-)

Glad you had a safe trip! Beautiful mosaics...
And I love the name the kids gave your house, LOL...
I have 4 gkids under 9 and we have a small house they use in the summer. They call it the Bug House. Being closed up for the winter is conducive to spiders making themselves at home. I told them they are just Charlotte's gkids! :)

Isn't "my little cabbage" an affectionate French term? Anyway it fits with your lovely setting that you must love so...all the pretty colors of nature, and of course the birdhouses are so inviting too. My best to you and your lucky grand children!
