Mosaics for Monday

I love making the mosaics or collages. The programs to make them are varied and I am finding that many of them such as Picasa are working with another program for further editing. Picasa lets you use Picnik for additional effects.

We go the Fryeburg Fair each year to eat fried dough and take pictures.

I love taking pictures of the signs and the exhibits and the animals.

The collage below is how the fair looked before the tilt-a-wheel or zipper ride.

And after……

That is why I don’t do rides!

I am joining Mary at Little Red House for this fun event. Be sure to stop by and see everyone has done.

I love fairs! So much fun. I laughed at your *after* the tilt a wheel! I love the animals and the crafts and stay away from the food, but I do look! :D :D

I visited Fryeburg twice this past summer. We went to the fairgrounds flea market and would love to see the fair sometimes. Glad I found your blog, makes me long for Maine. Wonderful mosaics! Best, Vicki

Fairs are such a great place for fun picture-taking! I'll think I'll place the fried dough for one of those turtle candies ;) Minus the smell from the goat pens, of course!

What a fun time you had taking photos at The Fair! It shows you know in everyone of your cleverly composed mosaics. Thanks, Carol, for visiting my Pink Saturday post...I was out of town and didn't get back until late today...I'll be catching up during the week. Great to hear from you again....Sue

I love fairs too!! I usually go by myself one day so I can spend the entire day there looking at everything! They one day is spent at the horse shows. I'll have to look into that Picnik program.

All your mosaics are wonderful and creative. Makes me want to try more. Didn't know about picassa and pik. Love the first one showing the yarn, I think.
