I have been playing with an app called Waterlogue. I have a Mac and the programs to change photos into paintings are not as prolific as those for Windows.
I have taken a few of my favorite photos and "painted" them.
So, the embroidery machine is working away and I shall knit shortly. It is a beautiful day.

Gosh, they really all look great and like real paintings.
This app is fun to use. I have it on my iPhone but I don't think it's available for the MacBook. If it is let me know please. :) Your photos are really very pretty.
I am hooked, too, Carol! The first day I got it, I did not move from my chair! I love it.
It is funny how some things you think would look best in one technique end up looking best in another. My people shots haven't been as satisfying, but the one of your husband is great.
